.dream: outside a building, a guy is running in front of me, i'm running behind him, guy opens 

side door to building and goes inside, i follow guy inside building, two guys talking, one 

guy really needs a break, guy who needs a break goes over to counter, 

.

.i'm lying flat on the floor and pushing myself forwards with my hands, some guy tells me to 

walk, i get up and start to run, on the left, behind a low wall, a group of women are practicing 

for some kind of performance, ballet or modern dance or something, 

.

.one lady runs in front of me and sits down in a very particular way, she in line with some 

women in front of main counter, 

.

.i keep moving forwards, a lady has taken over the body of another lady (s.h) and her 

legs are very thin and tight, this lady is trying to stretch out the legs of the woman (s.h) whose 

body she has taken over, 

.

.the lady keeps rubbing the top of her right knee to the point where it's becoming red and swollen, 

she doing this because the muscles there are so tight, i go over to the lady, look at her leg, 

recommend to her that she focus more on the outside IT band of her right leg and not so 

much on the area right above the knee, lady starts to say something, i walk away, 

end dream, 4:45 am

.dream: in a mental hospital, talking with one of the worker ladies, now me and lady are in 

a bed, she asks about the taliban takeover of afghanistan, i touch her right thigh, her thigh 

is flexing, after being in bed with lady for awhile, i tell her i need to get to sleep, lady 

gets out of bed, she is completely naked, she throws her clothes in a pile on the floor in 

front of me and starts to get dressed,
